Patrick leads the overall development of the Hickory Grove Solar Project, overseeing scope, schedule, and stakeholder coordination. With over 12 years of experience in renewable energy development across the Midwest, he brings deep expertise in project origination, landowner relations, and regulatory strategy.

Brad was born and raised in Coles County and has spent his career serving the local agricultural community. As Local Representative, he is the primary point of contact for landowners, neighbors, and county officials, ensuring the project remains connected to the people it serves.

Nick specializes in grid interconnection and transmission planning, managing the project's integration into the MISO network. With extensive experience navigating interconnection queues and utility coordination across the Midwest, he ensures the project can deliver its full 200 MW capacity reliably to the Illinois grid.

Jade supports the full development lifecycle of the Hickory Grove Solar Project, coordinating across engineering, permitting, and community engagement workstreams. She brings a detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to transparent, community-centered project development.

Daniel manages the project's land acquisition strategy and regulatory permitting process, coordinating with state and local agencies to secure all necessary approvals. He has extensive experience in land rights, easements, and environmental compliance for large-scale solar and wind projects across Illinois and neighboring states.

Dipti supports the permitting workstream, preparing and tracking regulatory filings, coordinating agency responses, and ensuring compliance with all permit conditions. Her meticulous approach and knowledge of Illinois environmental and energy regulations are instrumental in keeping the project on schedule through the approval process.

Lindsay manages landowner lease payments and maintains ongoing relationships with the farming families who have partnered with Atlantica. She ensures that all payment schedules are met accurately and on time, and serves as a trusted point of contact for landowners throughout the life of the project.

Kyle supports land acquisition activities across the project area, coordinating title research, lease documentation, and field surveys with landowners in Coles and Clark County. His hands-on approach and local knowledge help ensure a smooth and respectful land acquisition process for all participating families.
